Существуют и аналитич.формы с should, would.
" Should" может опускаться.
Вы, скорее всего, имели ввиду то, что будет употребляться "неаналитическая", синтетическая форма (просто вас можно было неправильно понять, т.к. синтетическая форма не образуется от аналитической через опущение should, а существовала и до нее).
Но нужно ли конкретно здесь употреблять subjunctive (как в that he/she/it own из таблицы)?
Здесь мы имеем императив (т.е. приказ). После него употребляют subjunctive?
Сомневаюсь.
