I can translate it, sure, but it is the same as with CartN.
Of course it can be understood but it can be seen fun for native speakers, though for non-English speaker it may be OK. At least I can make my variant and after you have a better one you can use this better. But of course I can translate this wordly and not as native speaker.
Do you want real translation or just so-so?

Лиля, tourist хочет сказать, что он без проблем переведет эту страничку. Но он не иностранец и, поэтому, не может гарантировать качественного, на его взгляд, перевода. Но то, что перевод будет понятен и адекватен, tourist уверен.

I spent some time working out this problem. It was really hard. I didn't know names of diseases and I couldn't have the words just from the Dictionary as they could have different meaning in different contexts. I had to do research on this topic to find out similar cases and to study the vocabulary from them. I did a quarter of the text. But I am afraid of showing it here as it could be laughed at. It is not ready yet a for-showing-to-people text. It demands to be discussed over. If anybody can support the discussion I can put here my start point.  And I am sorry but if I didn't show it to you today, next my forum-session could be in several days, even in 5 or so. I ask your advice. Will you discuss it and improve it or give your own example?

Thank you furzifurzi Of course the grammar is important, but while translating I felt that not less important is the style and emotions of the writing here. I am afraid that I can't keep these points of my writing. I see there are many problems and not only grammar and terms, but at least style and emotions and not to add some phraseological units and metonymy etc. It is really challenge to me and I am not able to do it at once but you can help me to improve my draft and maybe together we will reach something well-done.

“Help Save My Daughter…”
“Help Save My Daughter…”  - that was the beginning of the letter, which we received at our Fund.
Natasha is a young woman of 26, she has 4-years-old lovely boy. She is this boy’s mother …, mother who has bad disease … it is really bad disease. This disease is late discovered heart valvular disease. Natasha was pregnant at that time. Birth of her son made the disease worse; as a result, she developed one more terrible disease…
At the beginning of the year Natasha got worse. On 10th of April the young woman got to a hospital directly from a cardiologic ward, where she had had her heart examined. They delivered her to the Institute named after N.Sclifosovsky to have urgent surgical operation by reason of her heart disease. However, as the surgeons of the institute had no specialized surgical equipment and because of complications of the disease, they refused to start the surgical operation and made her undergo an additional examination at the Institute named after A.Bakulev, where, as they thought, they would have her heart operated. The specialists of that Institute came to the conclusion that they could not do a surgical operation because of sclerotic hypertension which they observed while examining Natasha.
Natasha has acquired secondary pulmonary hypertension and high pressure in pulmonary artery makes heart work harder.  As the examination brought to light she has the secondary  ventricular septal defect, the secondary atrial septal defect, circulation insufficiency of the second circulatory system.
While giving expert’s opinion, Moscow Chief Pulmonologists said to Natasha’s mama, that they should not give in and look for the possibility to have transplantation of the complex “heart-lungs” done.
Natasha’s family is under trying conditions. Natasha has no father; therefore her mom alone grows up her and her 14-years-old brother. Natasha’s husband who was not able neither to be a good husband nor a good father to her son and now he is “vanish into thin air” and Natasha doesn’t expect any assistance from his side. At present Natasha is under matrimonial cause. In the end of May Natasha formalized disability group II. She is now striving to make some money on different works. She works at a shop, however, even if she can have work and they don’t give her heavy tasks at the work, she returns home half dead. Natasha’s mother does everything to save her daughter.
Abstract from Natasha’s mother’s letter:
…I am not able to solve the financial problem with payment for Natasha’s treatment. I am lonely mother and am growing up my 14-years-old son, and moreover, I am temporary unemployed (I am registered at unemployment exchange). I had to resign because of my health condition, that was because in February I was at City Clinic 12 …

…I am all alone, I am running through all the authority offices, striving to save my daughter, additionally, I need to find work to support my family. Now Natasha has breathing problem, she is panting even when she doesn’t move. She hardly can climb the 5th floor that what she has to do as we live on the 5th floor in the house without a lift. She has to stop on each floor to calm down her breathing.

On 26 May Natasha took all the papers and went to formalize her disability. She has the II group of disability now, and the 2 subgroup that enable her to work part-time. She returned in bad mood, depressed as she used to earn her keep by herself.

The situation we got in seems hopeless.
I ask you to help us very much, there is a chance to save her and I am full of hope!

At that moment I was plunged in thinking over the pain which must have covered the children who lost their dearest - their moms. Almost a year passed as we struggled to save a young woman Helen Selezneva, Valera’s 28-years-old mother. But everything what we did was too late. Helen had pulmonary hypertension grown into terminal stage. For first time I saw Helen in a hospital several days before she passed away. I could see the dreadful disease … she couldn’t breathe, her almost unconsciousness because of lack of oxygen in her blood, and her pleading look from under half-open eyes as to open them she was too weak… additionally she was unable to move, or do anything by herself…and dragging-on days that are lack of air. Can you only imagine every minute, every second you have no air to breathe with?  … and her weak    whisper: “I am strong … I can do this ….” It was the last stage when there is nothing to do for help…
Valera has been left alone and without his mom, however, he has not got to children's home and he has a good family, he has very caring grandma. Nevertheless, when I come to them I feel pain within heart of the boy. This is a pain of losing his mother and boy has no father as well…
Now we in charge for Natasha Pylkova, a young 26-years-old woman, and her son, little Egorka, who have no idea about the terrible disease, which is going to take her mom away from him. Natasha has
congenital heart disease and recently revealed secondary pulmonary hypertension. Natasha is beginning panting. However Natasha are not in critical stage of her pulmonary hypertension and she has a chance of  being saved. First of all she has to undergo  an examination at a specialized clinic in which they can determine the priority of Natasha’s bunch of diseases. Was congenital heart disease earlier or pulmonary hypertension caused it? Moscow experts’ epicrisis raised questions in German specialists. Unfortunately, Russian doctors just at the beginning of battle with this disease.
A thorough examination is required. There is a chance that Natasha will be doing well if the problem is in her congenital heart disease and German specialists can heal her by operating her and to prescribe her adequate care for her pulmonary hypertension and, while it is not late,  she could do without transplantation of complex “heart-lungs”, which cost is overwhelming.
We want not to lose time very much, not to let disease grow into the terminal stage, we want to save mama for Egorka very much. Help us, please, in our attempts” (Lilya)

Perfidious and unpredictable behavior of pulmonary hypertension puts a human body in dangerous conditions. Natasha has a chance, and there is still time, though not much time, to use this chance, however time in such conditions is most  valuable thing. First of all she needs to have special physical examination at a specialized clinic done, as well as typing and then to look for a donor. In no time, various clinics of Germany and France, and probably, those in Israel and Italy, will receive Natasha’s medical report. On receiving experts’ conclusion it will become clear what kind of transplantation Natasha requires, will it be lungs or complex “heart-lungs”. The cost of the transplantation is   150 000 - 300 000 Euro depending on its kind.
First and foremost the girl need the money for her examination.

Additional data of 17 June 2008: On having reviewed Natasha’s medical report, experts of a Berlin clinic have decided to provide thorough clinical examination for the girl.
The invoice for such examination is 15 600 Euro. We have received the invoice with the bank data of the clinic. Please, help Natasha, this examination is vital for her and the sooner it will be done the more chances will be to save her.

Wild Wind I see, thank you very much.
I am afraid that more mistakes are left than I have improved. I think that in some time I will find some of them but not every of them, that is for sure  ab

You are welcome. I think

Never mind. We aren't native speakers to translate these sentences in a perfect way. The main thing is to build the text according to the current grammatical english rules.
Also it's important to show the emotions relatively to this situation, what we think, what we want and what we need. ab

Wild Wind I know that I did a lot of grammar mistakes, but in addition to them I am not sure how well some words match to each other in texts, whether they can be used in couples, and to tell about emotive side of a text. When we translate into English we have to lower emotive side. English texts shouldn't be so expressive as Russian ones. And it is a problem in making translations. One thing more. I could mix different styles in the translation. For example, I could mix colloquial words with scientific one and to add some words from high style and it could be not so good as it could be seen to us. We have to be careful, that is why the text of my translation needs assessment from native speaker or highly-qualified philologist or translator.
