Double decker buses

I know that trolleybuses with two decks used to run in Moscow in the 1930s - 1950s. There were very few of them, the first was imported from England, and ten more designed and manufactured in the USSR after a model of the imported one.
Wikipedia informs that double-decker buses of GDR's origin were used in Moscow, too, in the early 1960s. I've never heard of that before, and have never had a ride on a double-decker, either bus or trolleybus.
As for London double-deckers, it would be interesting to know if tickets for the ground deck cost as much as those for the first deck? I suppose that riding on the first deck should cost more.

at first hi . how are you? i think that there arent any double decker busses in Russia and in my country. but there were some such busses here on the eurovision eve, they were for tourists. i have never been in these busses. but i think that it is interesting and funny to travel by these busses. i'd like to travek by these double decker busses. thank you. bye

For what? These kind of transport is very unstable and it needs special infrastructure. I don't think it need in Russia.

Theoretically, double decker buses and cars could contribute to solving the traffic jam problem. But mirock is right, introducing these double decker vehicles would require significant changes of some infrastructure, for instance trolleybus lines, tram lines and overpasses.

double deck buses are very unstable. There were occured some accidents, where buses full of passengers, lost their balance at the turn of the roads and bring out in heavy traffic congestions
