Of course they are completely different!

That's why I asked the question as I think the asker is either confusing or he talks about what is known as the Marriage contract in Islam and Judaism. Though there's no such a notion in Christianity, in fact this is what people are doing when they say 'Till death us do part'

Thus, I'd love to answer the question posted but I don't know what asker is interested in and he didn't give us his opinion on the issue.

I think that prenuptial agreement is not bad. All people fall in love to each other in start relations but after many years people are change. So prenuptial agreement make easy disput about your property when you lost your love to each other etc.

Maybe andresh is a romantic and believes in eternal love. In my view, if your love is so fragile that it can't stand such an agreement, it certainly can't be eternal. However, I can understand why people may not like this idea. It looks like they are planning their divorce even before they've been married. Why bother then?

I just think that prenups can be a good idea under certain curcumstances. The agreement should also be fair and reflects the interests of both parties and should not contradict the law of course. 

The main thing is whether the law of the country supports and recognises prenups?
