How often you lie when somebody asks you if you like what he/she has done/bought? For example your friend shows you her/his new shoes. You understand that your friend likes them, but you don't. What would you say?

I think that I will say him that it's good for him, and it is very important, every person has own opinion and wishes and if you have friend who like something which doesn't like you, you should understand that he bought it by his own wish... and you should respect your friend's wishes...)))) It is my own view. Good question Milika!!!

It's always very hard for me to say something like "I don't like it"... It's always easier to say "Yes I like it"... But I think it means to lie...

I try to say a truth to my friends but sometimes it's really difficult and I lie...

If my friend asks me "do you like this think?" and I see that he do, I always answer: yes of cause! It is not so difficult to say something pleasant to someone especially to your friend even if it is a lie personal for you.

I lie hundreds of times a day! But they are white lies so I don't feel guilty of ashamed. I don't see it as lieing but being polite and considered.

I think the irony is the best way to decide this problem. For example I can say "Oh, these are good shoes! Nobody knows the shoes are the most important part of a human".

You mean sarcasm? I also am a very sarcastic person. Unfortunately it's not always appreciated and some might even think this is the sign of bad manners

So many liars on one page! Impressive! "A semi-lie worst than a lie."

One man taught me "in every case you can win or fail" and in pointed circumvolution I use to avoid a lie by hundreds of overways since a bad mood scarcely helps to make up a joke. No one urge you to say a thing ever.
